WHAT can be returned?
You can choose an exchange or refund if the item you purchased has a major problem, such as, if the item:
- Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item, if they had known about it
- Is unsafe
- Is significantly different from the sample or description
All products will be repaired or replaced under the manufacturers warranties terms and conditions.
The Buggy Man are not obliged to provide an exchange or refund, if you simply change your mind about your purchase.
